Cork firms Ronan Enright Solicitors and Diarmaid Ó Catháin Solicitor announce merger with effect from Thursday 1st December 2022.
Ronan Enright Solicitors is delighted to announce that as and from Thursday the 1st of December 2022, the firm will merge practices with Diarmaid Ó Catháin Solicitor.
The new firm will practice under the title of Ronan Enright Solicitors, incorporating Diarmaid Ó Catháin Solicitor, and will be located at Ronan Enright Solicitors’ premises at 32 South Bank, Crosses Green, Cork.
In addition to the existing 6-strong team at Ronan Enright Solicitors, Diarmaid Ó Catháin will remain within the firm as a Consultant Solicitor, Clíona Ní Chatháin will continue as a solicitor with the merged teams, and all administrative staff will transfer to Ronan Enright Solicitors.
In a statement, Ronan Enright, Principal of the firm, said; “I have been practicing as a solicitor in Cork for over 15 years and since opening Ronan Enright Solicitors in 2017, we have been fortunate to serve a large and loyal client base. Now with this newly consolidated firm, we will double the size of our existing practice, allowing for more capacity and a more comprehensive suite of legal services, maintaining the highest of professional standards for clients old and new.”
