CORK SOLICITOR WELCOMING COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS REQUESTS

Litigation Solicitors Cork City
We welcome your Commissioner of Oaths request here

Under Section 72 of the Solicitors (Amendment) Act 1994, Solicitors have the same powers as Commissioners for Oaths, which means we are authorised to verify affidavits (statements in writing and on oath) and other legal documents. This would include our verification of the signing of statutory declarations, the witnessing of signatures on legal documents, the certification of copies of documents as true copies and various other legal documents. We offer this service for a range of jobs, be they small tasks for single documents or large signings/affirmations involving many documents/oaths.

You may need our services if you are giving evidence on affidavit for court proceedings in Ireland or if you are making an acknowledgement, affirmation, attestation, declaration or examination for the purposes of court proceedings or for the purposes of registering documents. This could even include more day-to-day issues, such as a passport application, or a document you need for your employment or education.
